Schedule management based on modern scientific methods to determine the progressaim,by diversing the goals and tasks into some levelst to work out a reasonable scheduleand resource supply plan for schedule control,and incoordination with the other goals torealize the goals. The progress of the project management is a complex systematic project.Only use scientific methods and theories shall we make the schedule more reasonable andguidance for implementation.This paper views the construction of access tunnel project management as the researchobject by the schedule project management as a theoretical guidance, and illustrates the tunnelconstruction characteristics and progress of the management status according to the order ofthe on-site construction. On the basis of a comprehensive survey records, mainly using thetheory of project management and network planning technique,we firstly break the workstructure of access tunnel of Hanan pumped storage power station,and then use the P3software to prepare the project progress plans. At the same time,by collectting a large numberof relevant information about the risk of progress control and analyzing the risk,to determineall aspects of uncertain factors of access tunnel in the construction.Then make a model ofearly warning of engineering progress,using the theory of probability and mathematicalstatistics method to calculate the risk rate of the engineering construction schedule. Accordingto the evaluation results pertinently pointed out the measures for the management,and thenhelp us to control the schedule.
