In turn, the reliability level of the communications network influences the intelligent power network on its safe, stable, economic and high-grade operation to a large extent.On the basis of analyzing the reliability demands of the electric power communications network in planning, constructing, operating, maintaining and managing, this thesis build the hierarchy reliability assessment system of electric power communications network, calculate the weight of each index with AHP method and make a comprehensive assessment of the reliability of Qinhuangdao Electric Power Communication Network.
