Reliability Assessment System Of Qinhuangdao Electric Power Communications Network

With the improvement of the automation and intelligence level of production, operation, marketing and management, the electric power system is having increasing dependence on the electric power communications network. In turn, the reliability level of the communications network influences the intelligent power network on its safe, stable, economic and high-grade operation to a large extent.On the basis of analyzing the reliability demands of the electric power communications network in planning, constructing, operating, maintaining and managing, this thesis build the hierarchy reliability assessment system of electric power communications network, calculate the weight of each index with AHP method and make a comprehensive assessment of the reliability of Qinhuangdao Electric Power Communication Network. In addition, a reliability assessment software is designed and developed.
