The rapid development of modern industry, making all walks of life to theincreasing demand of the automatic transmission system, and thus a higher demand forautomatic stamping conveyor system design, quality and cost-effective. A variety ofdisciplines, a variety of technology combination, integration, and promote thedevelopment of design concepts, theories, methods, techniques, design theory researchand application of new technologies of unprecedented prosperity. Classical mechanicsand mathematics of the traditional design methods based on the classic static designmethod, relying solely on physical prototypes to test, if the mechanical system is acomplex structure, you need to build complex physical prototype, which may lead tohigher costs, and develop assumptions too much will lead to the accuracy of the designresults. The introduction of virtual prototyping technology in the development processof the mechanical system, you can achieve the mechanical system in the operationalstatus of the load change and with the simulation of the time change process conditionsto obtain their dynamic characteristics, dynamic analysis and calculation has a certainreference value.The quick Speedbar type automatic transmission system is by Miller Weingartenon the basis of the conventional mechanical hand, and combined with the deliverysystem for multi-station presses, plays an important role in stamping production line:the free telescopic rodstructure makes it more stable and reliable transportation ofmaterials, thus, the productivity gains; the Speedbar fast crossbar automatictransmission system is the movement between the two presses, and directly on a pressdirect transport to the next press without the middleparked position, which greatlysaves the workspace; bar on the built-in variable digital device, improve the flexibilityof the material transport. It can be seen, the Speedbar automatic transmission system isnot only shortened the takt time, but more suitable for efficient production process, hasa number of companies. In this paper the use of Solidworks,adams software platform,multi-body dynamicstheory for the basis of the system parameters through the simulation solving theSpeedbar automatic stamping conveyor system through solidworks software toestablish the structure of three-dimensional solid model,automatic transmission systemand import the ADAMS software, built in ADAMSconstraints and drivers, accordingto the actual situation and to complete its kinematics and dynamics of the dynamicsimulation analysis. The use of virtual prototyping technology to solve the problem ofthe automatic transmission system dynamics is the goal of this study, with similarlarge-scale structural dynamics simulation analysis provides a dynamic design methodfor the study.After modeling, simulation, and verify the correctness of the three-dimensionalsolid model in Solidworks, and the trajectory of the slider body and bar agencies,processing simulation model analysis of the the Speedbar fast crossbar automatictransmission system agenciesspeed, acceleration, angular velocity, angular accelerationversus time relationship curve.The work shows that: build a simulation platform and the simulation approachcompared with traditional physical prototype technology through a variety of otherprogramming languages, the use of virtual prototyping technology to all simulationorganically combined, this can greatly increase the efficiency.
