Comparative Study Of Green Building Assessment System At Home And Abroad

As an artificial environment,architecture organic component of human material life and mental life.However,humans excess pursuit for sense gratification and unconscionably development and construction,make modern architecture lost touch with the person and natural contact and communication, and bring the earth’s environment and resource heavy burden. Developing green architecture is urgently needed.To make green building have practical operability,many countries have been developed targeted green evaluation system,the so-called green building assessment system refers to the quantitative description of green architecture by the water-saving rate and energy saving rate,energy-saving effect,reduce greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide impact on the environment,ecological environment of3R material performance assessment and green building economic performance index for designers and decision makers,provide decision-making basis.This article through the some green building assessment system at home and abroad,summarizes the comparative analysis between similarities and each system differenc,and puts forward related suggestions.China’s green building assessment system has "the green building evaluation standard","Chinese ecological residence technology assessment handbook",the Olympic green building assessment system",the three evaluation system has its own design ideas,evaluation mechanism.This paper analysis and comparison,the third chapter through combining evaluation case studies,summed up the evaluation system of green building in China and the characteristics of the disadvantages.The fourth chapter focuses on analyzing and comparing four green building assessment system,BREEAM,CASBEE,LEED and GBTool,combining evaluation case studies,this paper summarizes different from other evaluation system GBTool particularity and four evaluation system in common and limitations,through comparison and analysis of related parameter summarizes related conclusions.Chapter5from the core design ideas,evaluation content and evaluation objects, evaluation mechanism from multiple perspectives,such as the comprehensive comparison BREEAM,CASBEE,LEED,GBTool,"green building evaluation standard""Chinese ecological residence technology assessment handbook,the Olympic green building assessment system" seven assessment system, and deeply analyzes the seven evaluation system.Another and the green building by LEED evaluation criteria of comparative analysis,find "China green building evaluation standard" problem, summarizes our country "green building evaluation standard of the direction should be improved.The sixth chapter analyzes the development of green buildings under conditions related problems,and combined with the analysis of the preceding section,and finally summarized to improve China’s green building assessment system suggestion.
