For serious construction energy consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection is the important link to satisfy the requirement of sustainable development, Therefore, the green building that pay attention to saving energy and low carbon not only become a trend, but also become a necessity. Natural green building evaluation system is indispensable.The Green Building Evaluation Standard of Jilin Province was enacted on October 16, 2012, it is the core of jilin province to develop green building assessment work. This paper conducts the thorough research to the evaluation objects, evaluation index and evaluation content of the standard, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of its various aspects, and puts forward the perfect proposal.This paper respectively introduces the main green building evaluation system at home and abroad, including the American LEED system, the Britain’s BREEAM system, Canada GBTOOL system as well as our country’s "Chinese Ecological Residential Technology Assessment Handbook", "Green Olympic Building Assessment System", "Green Building Evaluation Standard", and comparative analysis evaluation method, evaluation index, evaluation objects of the national standard and major foreign green building assessment system, Summarizes the characteristics of national "green building evaluation standard" and the advantages and disadvantages.At the same time, to the Jilin Province Green Building Evaluation Standard and the national "Green Building Evaluation Standard of evaluation item number, grade item requirements and evaluation section were analyzed, and three local green building evaluation standard frame structure were analyzed, they are the Green Building Evaluation Standard of Hunan Province ", "Green Building Evaluation Standard of Fujian Province" and "Green Building Evaluation Standard of Guangdong Province". By contrast, analyses the deficiency of the Green Building Evaluation Standard of Jilin Province, and put forward the improvement opinions.Paper takes an example of Wuzhong, Suzhou impression green building project, summarizes and validates the applicability and practicability of the Jilin Province Green Building Evaluation Standard. Through the practical application, summes up that the Jilin Province Green Building Evaluation Standard is in line with jilin province regional characteristics, but on the evaluation framework and method are still some deficiencies, needs further perfecting.By comparing the domestic and foreign advanced green building evaluation system, and drawing lessons from them, summarizes the method accord with the characteristics of jilin province regional improvement, and is advantageous to the effective development of Jilin Province Green Building Evaluation.
