And on this basis, the optimization of the welding process parameters, adjustingthe welding sequence, improving the welding fixtures, applied the deformation oranti-reverse deformation facilities during the welding, while also analyzed main factors ofthe frame deformation during welding, and determined the control scheme.To reduce thewelding strength,This article also demonstrates the design and semi-automatic weldingequipment in the chain box in the use of welding, and the device successfully applied in thetwo long straight seam welding of chain box welding.
