In the process of software design, process control technology-WashTable control technology is introduced into the washing process control. Follow the software design process, the program of water plus, the program of drainage, the program of washing and rinsing were designed, the program of dehydration and the program of complete washing process also were designed.Finally, based on the above hardware and software systems, the sample was made, using the Complog program, the system was tested on prototype machine. Contrasted with normal washing machine, the new intelligent control washing machine can reach23%water-saving and5.2%electricity saving, and also reached the cleanlily standard.
