| As people’s living standards continue to improve,their demands for household appliances are also increasing.The smart home appliance market,as an emerging market,is constantly growing.Within this market,the smart washing machine has a wide range of application prospects and market potential.Research and innovation targeted at washing machines to improve their intelligent control level,enhance product competitiveness,and promote the improvement of people’s living standards,is of great significance.This paper aims to explore the intelligent washing process of washing machine,realized the intelligent washing process of washing machine and improved the user experience.The main research content of this article includes the detection technology of key parameters in the washing process,fuzzy control-based washing parameter setting,and the design of washing process adjustment strategies.1)Research on key parameter detection in the washing process: The key parameters that need to be detected for an intelligent washing process are the weight and material of clothes,turbidity of water,and concentration of the detergent.Based on machine learning methods,a clothes weighing model was constructed in a drum-type washing machine,and experimental results showed that the relative error of 97% of dry clothes weighing results was within 20% using this model,while 83% accuracy was achieved for wet clothes.Using the weighing model,the water absorption rate method was used for clothes material identification,and experimental results showed that the accuracy was 93.3% for identifying two materials: pure cotton and polyester.The turbidity of water was detected using the laser transmittance method,and a linear regression equation between sensor data and turbidity was obtained.Additionally,the concentration of detergent was detected using the electrode method,and a linear regression equation between conductivity and detergent concentration was obtained.2)Washing parameter setting based on fuzzy control: Through experimental research on the influence of washing time on the washing effect,it was found that an increase in washing time within 20 minutes could improve the washing rate,but an increase in washing time after 20 minutes would lead to a decrease in washing rate.In an orthogonal experiment of mechanical force on washing effect,the optimal washing parameter combination was determined for different weights of clothes,including washing speed,washing cycle,wash-to-stop ratio,and washing water level,as well as the order of each influencing factor.Using fuzzy control,an adaptive setting algorithm for washing parameters was designed based on the weight,material,and dirtiness level of clothes.3)Intelligent adjustment strategy design and implementation for the entire washing process: The washing process was divided into three stages: front,middle,and back.Intelligent soaking clothes,weighing,and material identification sub-processes were designed to conserve water resources while ensuring accurate identification of clothes materials.By studying the change pattern of turbidity during the washing process,a washing parameter adjustment strategy based on turbidity change was proposed,which was proved to effectively reduce the washing time while ensuring washing effectiveness.In addition,an intelligent rinsing process was designed to ensure that the rinsing rate meets the national standard while avoiding ineffective rinsing.By monitoring the power change during the dehydration process,an intelligent dehydration scheme was designed to avoid ineffective dehydration time. |
