Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of GD Petrochemical Project Management

At the same time, the oil refining chemicalindustry project is related to national energy security and national economy andpeople’s livelihood, project scale, high investment, high specialization and somemore noodles wide, its own characteristics determines its inevitable met manyproblems during the processed of project construction.GD petrochemical project is one of the biggest domestic production scales andinvestment comparison of typical petrochemical project. Problems existing in theresearch project construction countermeasure is advantage to the project of theoverall goal of the implementation and project management and coordination, whichplay the potential of the contractor, create more economic benefits for the project.From the management perspective combined with the internal and externalconditions, GD petrochemical project is an urgent need to study the existingproblems and countermeasures, solve the problems existing in the projectconstruction,which is an important prerequisite for successful implementation project construction and the basic guarantee, must also can better realize the goal ofproject construction. By studying and summarizing the successful experience of GDpetrochemical project construction mistakes and lessons, summary of the projectwill the existing problems and concrete countermeasures and solutions in the projectimplementation, which is of great practical significance.This article mainly to GD petrochemical project project management existingproblems as the research object and from project management and contracting modeas the theoretical basis, through the analysis of the research projects for more than ayear in quality management, schedule management, investment management,contract management, design management, procurement management, constructionmanagement with some problems in total seven aspects, proposed the GDpetrochemical project project management improvement scheme and guaranteemeasures.
