This paper mainly introduces the axial double pole synchronous generator structure design, electromagnetic parameter design, ANSYS simulation analysis, no-load and load experiment. Compared with the conventional generator, the research of the axial double pole synchronous generator make innovation, the rotor adopts relative double rotor structure, in the same capacity the generator has the advantages of small volume, material saving; the stator core with bar-shaped stator core, so the structure is simple. For the convenience of calculation and analysis, draw the synchronous generator no-load equivalent magnetic circuit diagram based on its magnetic circuit to calculate electromagnetic parameter. Strictly abide by the principle of air gap to establish equivalent two-dimensional model. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the magnetic circuit, magnetic flux density, magnetic flux intensity. No-load and load experiment is carried out on the prototype, measure the voltage and current and each harmonic distortion rate, and comparison of measured data are performance indicators is to meet the requirements. If not meet the requirements, to further improve and perfect the motor performance index.Experiments by increasing the thickness of rotor pole body, reducing the rotor pole saturation, solves the problem of harmonic distortion rate in the first prototype. At the same time, we come across that low efficiency and the output voltage amounted to less than the rated value, then to improve the second prototype design. In under the premise of rotor pole body size remains the same, increases the number of turns, decrease diameter of rotor line, to increase the magneto motive force, the load output voltage increased, but still short of rating. So the centre high132mm of generator can’t meet the demand, we choose the centre high160mm of generator, and design improvement plan. Lay the foundation for subsequent motor research. |
