Explore And Analyze The Structural Morphology And The Constitution Mechanism Of The Spring Settlements In Jina Suburb

Jinan is known as "The spring city", the view of springs and willows in every house has been Jinan’s name card. There is not only a large amount of springs in Jinan’s urban district, even its suburban villages are widely distributed in various types of natural springs that provide a unique natural conditions for the formation of the spring settlements. But now, with the rapid development, many villages are in the phenomenon of over-heated construction, and with the popularity of the municipal water supply, which on some level make people not to value the spring resources as they used to be. More and more spring settlements have lost their original geographical features. Therefore, the research and protection of spring settlements is particularly urgent.This thesis is relying on the National Natural Science Foundation of the research of "Protection and Sustainable Development of The Typical Spring Settlements in Northern China" The project team conducted a large number of villages’ collection and survey of spring settlements in suburban Jinan. This thesis is aiming at dividing the types of settlements’form, the analysis about the formation mechanism of spring settlements, summarizing the spring settlements’value, and exploring the ideas and methods of the conservation and renewal of spring settlements.Starting from Jinan’s particular geographical condition and its natural environment factors in order to analyze the reason about the formation of Jinan’s springs. With the distribution of Jinan suburb spring resource, the cluster of springs and the underground hydrogeology units, combined with massive spot investigation of the spring settlements, which all of this lead to a summary on the rules about the distribution of Jinan suburb spring settlements and its division. According to the Graphics-Background of Gestalt psychology theory and the constitutional elements of the spring settlements, the thesis proposes a constitutional system of spring settlements which take the "Skeleton system-Filling system" idea as a frame. It summarizes the formation mechanism of spring settlements by analyzing the mutual relationship of the various constitutional elements. Spring settlements are divided into The Directional Banding Spring Settlement, The Eccentric Free Spring Settlement and The Central Spring Settlement, according to the layout of the form which stick to the natural environment. The Directional Banding Spring Settlement is the most widely distributed, and the most typical expression of the interaction among the the spring overflow, the natural topography and the behavior of human habitation, we take the village of Yuhequan as a typical example; The core spaces of The Eccentric Free Spring Settlement spread around the springs. But the limitation of the local environment lead The Eccentric Free Spring Settlement to an imbalanced situation, The village of Xishaojin is which we use to state it; Springs of The Central Spring Settlement has an restrictive effect on the whole orientation of the village. The layout of The Central Spring Settlement have obvious centrality, the village of Waiwolongchi is what we get to show the point. Based on these analysis, this research proves that the variety of the spring settlement structural morphology and constitution consist the active adaptability on the feature of regional resource and ecological laws, and the attribute of transposing the traditional culture into spatial expression. But with the inevitable risk which brought by the rapid development of economic and construction, both the influencing and constitutional factors of the spring settlements’formation are facing many a problem of protection and renewal development which need to be solved promptly. For instance, the damage of spring water resources, the pollution of the water system, the destruction of the scale and texture of the streets, and the extinction of the building group. In summary, the research presented the principle of integrity, development and demonstrative, and the idea of the protection and renewal of classification, grading and living, and it proposed the appropriate thoughts of the spring settlements’protection and renewal against the " Skeleton system-Filling system "-idea.
