Study On Planning And Design Of New Rural Community

New rural community, opposite to the traditional administrative village and the modern city community, is a certain geographical range of rural areas such as the administrative village and village center. It is associated with a variety of social and economic relations, and it is an open social community.In this paper, the research methods include social investigation, dynamic analysis and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Firstly, social investigation is mainly applied to data collection. Through the field visits and intensive investigation of Weishui Xincun, this paper gets a great quantity of relevant data. Secondly, dynamic analysis is mainly used in the scheme design phase. For example, through the analysis of land holdings and the total number of household of Weishui Xincun, this paper determines the amount of total saving land and total saving land per household after planning. The above figures are the necessary basic information for the planning of Weishui Xincun. Finally, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is mainly used in the following two aspects:clearing the community size and housing type and providing the basis for the planning and design work.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign scholars’ research literature on community planning, this paper clears rural community’s concept, characteristic, principles, contents and methods, and lays the foundation for following research. Then, based on the basic principle of new rural community planning, the paper analyses the planning status of Weishui Xincun, including living dispersed and covering situations. On this basis, this paper identifies the objectives and contents of Weishui Xincun’s plan, and considers that the key point of Weishui Xincun’s plan is how to apply planning and design methods to embody the protection of farmers’ rights in the plan of New Rural Community, which is a breakthrough and foothold of specific plans.In this thesis, Weishui Xincun’s planning and design includes two aspects, namely the planning of Weishui Xincun community and residential design. Aiming at solving existing problems, this paper proposes effective strategy of the planning of Weishui Xincun.
