Study On The New Rural Community Planning And Design

New rural community is opposite to the traditional administrative village and the moderncity community, it is refers in the rural areas to the administrative village or village center, is acertain geographical range, with a variety of social and economic relations is linked to avariety of social groups, an open social life community.In this paper, the research methods include social and economic investigation method,dynamic economic analysis method and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysismethod. The application is as follows: first, social and economic investigation method ismainly applied to data collection, through to the water village aspects relevant for fieldworkand in-depth and meticulous investigation and study, get a large amount of scientific data;secondly, the dynamic economic analysis method is mainly used in the scheme design ofchapters, for example through the analysis of the water village the inhabitants of the landownership and the total number of residents in family planning, to determine the amount ofhousehold savings and savings land after land quantity, based on it, the water village planningis very necessary; finally, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis are mainlyused in the following two aspects, in the aspect of theory, the use of economics based onknowledge, to realize the qualitative research question, but in empirical aspect, is the use ofstatistical methods, using the related data to realize the quantitative research. This paper firstlybased on the domestic and foreign scholars on community planning literature material, masterof community and rural community ’s concept and the characteristic, rural communityconstruction significance, principles, contents and methods, the study laid the foundation forthe next. And then discusses the basic principle of new rural community planning. Thendescribes the water village planning status. Based on the water village residents livingscattered and covers an area of, the water village community planning objectives, content ofthe water village planning of new rural community has three problems, namely how to choosethe mode of planning before planning, planning how to guarantee the rights and interests ofcommunity residents, after planning how to allocate surplus land, for the following thespecific planning and design found breach and goal.In this paper the water village planning and design mainly includes two aspects, namely, residential and related design and the design of compensation scheme. Of course, the watervillage planning and programme implementation process may exist some problems. Is mainlycomposed of two parts, namely the planning and design programme itself flawed and designimplementation process might be at risk. Finally, in view of the above problems, the authorput forward the effective implementation of the water village plan four countermeasures. Tosum up, the water village planning and design to overcome the difficulty, and ensure effectivecontrol scheme in the implementation process of the risk, so the water village will be worththe wait.
