Certifications of Green architecture systems develop rapidly in domestic, large foreign enterprise office buildings and national model constructions have a tendency to apply for LEED Certification and Green Standard Certification at the same time. In implementation process of green building projects. the choice of technical measures is one of the biggest problems. By research tools of statistical analyses, experiments, and simulations, study ways for selection method in technical measures and choice of energy saving and comfort measures dual certifications in dual certifications.First of all, through the comparison of two certification systems. Green Standard system is simpler, qualitativer and lower logical relationship. For application of both certifications in China, better Suggestions for improvement are put forward. By sorting out the indicators of HVAC involved in dual certification systems and comparing them, found that there is a big difference. but proportions in overall are both50%.Then, basing on statistics analytic hierarchy process (AHP), empowerment method, correlation coefficient theory, set up a choice method for technical measures. The method bases on the processing of quantitative data and qualitative data, calculating the recommended level for each technical measure. In processing, set three weights-"level factors samples close to the extent of the expected distribution","level to the importance of the factors on the sort","level of credibility" for samples. Use AHP at the last two.Finally, analyze through an actual LEED gold certification project. Using simulation, indoor comfortable test and actual measures using in project, conclude that the project is able to access to LEED gold certification, but can not reach the Green Standard. Measures in project are not reasonable compared with typical dual certification policy.Put forward methods to pass LEED gold certification and Green Standard Three-star for this project:calculate new air volume reference to "ASHRAE62.1-2007" and "Public Building Energy Efficiency Standard", adjust the palisade structure to make window-wall ratio of the north and the east is below40%. At the same time, increase measures:the sound insulation design, adjustable sunshade, CFD simulation optimization, soundproof Windows, outside fresh air using excessive season, reduce measures:floor radiant heating, strengthen ventilated before check-in.
