| With the rapid development of economic and the improvement of our living standards, the central air conditioning system which applying to a lot of residential and public buildings satisfied people’s high requirement for indoor comfortable environment.So leading the growth of building energy consumption opened the prelude of China’s building energy consumption research work.The urban residential construction is an important part in our country which takes about60%of the total construction area in the town. There is huge potential in residential building energy saving but statistical analysis is difficult,this paper through the investigation and simulation analysis all the year in Jinan to study the building energy consumption and put forward corresponding energy saving strategies.Through calculate the measured data all the years.we can get to know that the research building per square meter air conditioning energy consumption index is379.92MJ/m2and the average COP is3.21in summer. The index in winter is495.39MJ/m2, the water system transmission index WTF is less than130. In short the system annual energy consumption is too large, the COP and WTF are small, which leading the phenomenon is mainly the building’s equipment too large and the system’s operation and management not reasonable, it also suggests that the construction has great energy-saving potential.Based on the survey data, the experimental data compared with the data simulate the building energy consumption which use energy consumption simulation software DeST independent developed by our country, and we can know the simulated cooling load is325.9kW, the measured is310.7kW, error4.9%, and the simulated heat load299.2kW. the measured is282.7kW, error5.8%. thus verified the simulation reliability of simulation software.Analysis of residential building heating of the air conditioning system energy consumption influencing factors, I have carried on the detailed simulation studies by DeST including external wall insulation layer thickness.the outside window type, air conditioning heating system operating temperature and the tolerate temperature.Besides that I analyses the energy saving potential and put forward the corresponding energy saving strategy under the condition of saving the initial investment and presented the most economical comparison solution for the problem of select equipment and daily operation of energy-saving assumptions. |
