Now power grid examination is effective to guarantee the safety of the power equipment, to improve the power equipment reliability and to ensure the minimum power equipment failure rate as a basic work. What widely used in the power grid is mainly artificial patrol inspection way, so there are so many man-made factors, the management cost is so much, monitoring personnel work is so unconvenient, at the same time, because the equipment work record error it may causes some questions such as temporary lack of maintenance, maintenance or repair surplus, blind maintenance and so on, which make our country costly in terms of power equipment maintenance each year.According to the specific needs in power grid inspection situation this paper puts forward a kind of separated RFID recognition equipment, used for identification of UHF and2.4GHz RFID electronic tags. This device can read information from tags through WIFI communicating with Android mobile phone, also can write information to tags through the serial port or USB connected to PC.In this paper, the main work includes:1. Describe the separated RFID recognition terminal equipment’s needs, and put forward using a single chip processor as the core of the platform system architecture.2. According to the UHF RFID module, and2.4GHz RFID module, it comes to detaily schematic design, including the power supply circuit, reset circuit, interface circuit, power amplifier circuit, coupling circuit, communication interface circuit, etc.3. Analyzing the characteristics of electromagnetic compatibility of the terminal, it comes to the PCB design, including components layout, cascade design, power supply and the ground plane processing, cabling, etc.4. Through the framework analysis of RFID middleware terminal equipment, it realizes the information interaction with the RFID middleware based on serial communication control software.5. Under the normal condition of the terminal power function, it comes to test WIFI communication module, program burning, output power and tags recognition respectively and verifies the terminal function and performance.Through the test, the realized separated hand-held terminal equipment hardware platform in this paper can support long distance identification for the UHF and2.4GHz RFID electronic tag, and can communicate with Android mobile phone to realize the tags read operation.
