| Reconstruction of the urban village is the inevitable development of China’s problems. This paper briefly introduces the origin, evolution and the crux of urban village, through the various people interview summarized the comprehensive evaluation of urban village, and the effects of the transformation of the current mainstream flat shovel, completely rebuilt on all sides. With the principle of sustainable development as the research basis, adaptive reuse is the best ending of existing buildings in the urban village.The paper mainly aimed at the mainstream at present complete demolition, advocate treat villages from another angle of existing buildings. Evaluation of a full range of existing buildings ecological value, historical and cultural value, the possibility of life extension construction, economic feasibility and the social benefit, hope to establish a set of decision village existing buildings or evaluation criteria. According to the regeneration, historical, ecological, humanization, diversity principle, method of the village in the city of existing architectural adaptive reuse, this method covers level relates to the street space, the courtyard space, the important buildings, landscape, supporting facilities, plurality of urban village reconstruction design.While the existing buildings as the important carrier of these elements, we must pay more attention to try to find out the way of a specific protective renovation and reuse. Through the research, from the village of existing buildings, the comprehensive evaluation, the adaptive reuse method of three levels of the Jida village in Zhuhai, Zhongzhai village in Xiamen, Dongshima Village in Zhengzhou, as a typical case, the village of existing architectural adaptive reuse this the theory is demonstrated by example. The successful reform experience further told us to existing buildings in the urban village, the necessity and feasibility of material carrier of the city history and era in the adaptive reuse. |
