Implementation of the accurate automated intelligent sow feeding equipment is an inevitable development trend in China hog industry, Its purpose is to improve the sows’average annual productivity under the premise of health. At present, Sow Intelligent Accurate Feeding Technique is in the Break-in period with the traditional domestic feeding mode, and the phenomenon that low-precision feed and blocking has been found when people promote the application of this new technique. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the design of sow accurate feeding device based on these problems, develop and manufacture the sow intelligent accurate feeding system that can achieve accurate feed according to the individual differences of each sow such as feed intake and nutritional requirement.This thesis taked the sow accurate feeding device as research object, firstly analyzed the characteristics of devices corresponding to the different sow feeding technique appeared at home and abroad, introduced the structure and working principle of sow intelligent accurate feeding system. Then according to material features and work conditions, it selected spiral conveying device as the feeder of feeding station and designed the integrated structure of accurate feeding device. Next it designed the structure and dimension parameters of key components such as spiral shaft, drive motor, feed bin and discharging device according to traditional design method of spiral conveyor and specific production requirements. Moreover, taking Solidworks20113-D design software as a platform, it successively created solid models of each parts in the sow accurate feeding device and completed assembly design of feeding system following the design sequence of Virtual Prototyping Technology. Lastly, based on finite element method, a kind of numerical simulation technology, it analyzed the static structure and modal property of sprial shaft in two different working condition using ANSYS Workbench12.0, which verified the reasonableness of structure and parameter design.Based on rational structure design of feeding device, using the scientific research method in modern machinery field, this thesis completed the parametric solid modeling of feeding device assembly and researched the static structure and modal property of sprial shaft, finally designed a sow accurate feeding device with precise dimension parameters and rational structure, which is an application of menchanical engineering in the field of agriculture farming. At the same time, this thesis provides a valuable theoretical reference for the manufacture and actual use of this device.
