By means of study on cultivation test of Wild Strains of Auriculariules.there are14strains have been acclimation, and their character are stationary in the other test.This paper studies on Evaluation of agronomic characters and extracellular enzyme of Wild Strains of Auriculariales,then Screening strains on this basis,it can be used to provide Germplasm resources for breeding and production.The research results like this:(1) Evaluation of agronomic characters of Wild Strains of AuricularialesTheir childbearing age are in84-109d.the childbearing age of Auricularia delicate is shortest,it’s84d. The longest childbearing is the Wild Strains of Auricularia polytricha, it’s109d.If compare their childbearing age on theinterspecific crossing, childbearing age of Auricularia auricular is longest, and the second one is Auricularia polytricha,the third one is Auricularia sp.the shortes one is Auricularia delicate.Auricularia’ shape:Fruiting body characteristics have three kind, there are single flower clustered type strain, chrysanthemum compact strain,and chrysanthemum stretch strain.Fruiting body’s drape have four kinds, drape of Auricularia delicate is most,drape of Auricularia polytricha is more,drape of Auricularia sp have a little mare than Auricularia auricular. Fruiting body have four color, Auricularia auricular’s coloeris black, Auricularia polytricha’s color is lavender, Auricularia delicate’s color is puce and Auricularia sp s color is sandy beige.Auricularia’s yield:Auricularia delicate’s Commertial character is highest, Auricularia sp’s Commertial character are higher, Auricularia auricular’ Commertial character is lower, Auricularia polytricha’s Commertial character is lowest.(2) The evaluate to extracellular enzyme activity of Auricularia wild strainsDifferent growth period and different plant formula scale had different influences on the extracellular enzyme activity, but the whole pattern change is no difference.Carboxymethyl cellulose activity is under20U at the early days of the mycelium growth stage, and there are little changes at the growth on media age and primordium generate age and the extracellular enzyme activity at a lower level. Carboxymethyl cellulose activity has obvious changes at fruiting body growth age and fruiting body harvest age, it obvious present the rise trend. and get to peak at fruiting body ripe age.Ffilter paper cellulose activity is get lowest at the early days of the mycelium growth stage. and has the little change at the growth on media age. It change greatly at primordium generate age and fruiting body growth and fruiting body harvest age. it present rapid increase, and get to peak at fruiting body harvest age.Laccase activity changing is high qualiry first followed by low, present asymmetrical parabola. The changing of Laccase activity is go up gradually at he mycelium growth stage and primordium generate age., and get to peak at primordium generate age. After that stage, it is begin to sharp decrease. and it has little change at fruiting body harvest age.The changing of polyphenol oxidase activity and laccase activity is similar. They are all present high qualiry first followed by low, but the changing of polyphenol oxidase activity get to peak at the growth on media age, and decreased gradually, the changing of polyphenol oxidase activity rapid decrease.Wild Strains of Auricularia delicate’s extracellular enzyme is highest in Wild Strains of Auriculariales, and treatment of sawdust cultivation formula is higher than corncob formula.(3)screen out one Wild Strain of Auricularia delicate, two Wild Strain of Auricularia polytricha, two Wild Strain of Auricularia sp.By the means of cultivation test observation childbearing age,yield and commodity chuaracter of Auriculariale,and proceed comparison at last,chose five good strains, one Wild Strain of Auricularia delicate (A D04). two Wild Strain of Auricularia polytricha(AP03, AP09), two Wild Strain of Auricularia sp(AS06, AS07).These strains may be development become good strain,and other Wild Strain of Auricularia can be used for breeding.
