Now, color-leafed plants have become the main trees of the city greening, has a significantrole in the garden landscape construction,“Leaves instead of flowers" has become one of the mostimportant ways of city color. Sambucus racemosa ’Plumosa aurea’,(Caprifo liaceae Sambucus),alias "Gongdaolao", it is perennial deciduous shrub. Because of its have graceful in style, brightand beautiful in color, resistance to cold, and barren, tenacious vitality and many other features, sowidely used in street foundation planting, garden solitary plant, clump planting, group planting.Composed of color trees landscape forest, its performance is much better than pure greenlandscape forest, is indispensable important ornamental trees in landscape plants design. This kindof plant is China’s traditional Chinese medicine commonly used medicine, has the very high valueof nutrition and health care. So it has dual economic and ecological benefits, has very high value inpopularization and development.The test materials in this study were Sambucus racemosa ’Plumosa aurea’, test of tissueculture, cutting propagation, find the best way to explore rapid propagation. Combined with thegrowth recovery test and determination of physiological changes under low temperature stress,preliminary exploration of cold hardiness, providing a theoretical basis for the comprehensivedevelopment and utilization of Sambucus racemosa ’Plumosa aurea’.The results are as follows:1. The best suitable bud enrichment medium is MS+6-BA(4.0mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L),germination rate is93%, survival ratio is95%. Plants grow healthy, normal, flat leavesinternodes.The best proliferation hormone ratio is MS+NAA (0.05mg/L)+6-BA (0.5mg/L). Theywere growth was the best, average height of9.75cm, the average number of leaves of6.74pieces,the proliferation coefficient reached6.17.The optimum root inducing medium is MS+2,4-D (0.1mg/L), Plantlets stout taproot, fibrousroots more than the overall growing strong, flat leaves, yellow leaves, rooting rate reached97%.2. Concentration in ABT800μg/ml, select the sand: fine soil: peat=1:1:1as the cuttingmedium, the survival rate was80%,42%higher than the control group.3. As the temperature decreases cold stress, the plant tissue water potential and chlorophyllcontent gradually decreased; Proline content of5to-15℃low temperature stress treatmentsgradually increased, rate increase, but at-20℃, the rise is slow; Soluble protein and soluble sugar content at first and then decreased on high. Conductivity in-20℃under low temperature stress,the electrolyte leakage rate of cells is more than50%, the median lethal temperature is about20℃. Combined with the Logistic equation of its LD50to-23.2℃to-25.1℃, and shoot growthresumed direct observation results of conformity.
