Objective:To evaluate the Antihypertensive effect and influence of Insulin resistanceof shuganyunpi fa in Obesity-related hypertension and provide an idea of treatment ofObesity-related hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60patients of Obesity-related hypertension were divided into treatmentgroup(n=30),control group (n=30). the treatment group were treated with shuganyunpiyang,the control group were treated with metformin,2months later, we will observe the changesof clinical symptom, Weight index,Blood pressure, TG, TC, HDL-C,LDL-C, Insulinresistance, blood convention, uro convention, liver function,renal function before andafter treatment in each group and Difference in efficacy between the groups.Results: In the treatment group, the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms andthe remarkable rate were respectively93.33%and63.33%,which were significantly betterthan those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the level ofWeight index, Blood pressure,TG, TC, HDL-C,LDL-C, HOMA-IR index has significantdifference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The shuganyunpi fa on the treatment of obesity-related hypertension notonly has a significant effect, but also is the basis of adequate theory of Chinese medicineand modern medical theory, which is an effective treatment for the treatment ofobesity-related hypertension and this treatment can improve insulin resistance.
