[Objective]Understanding environment cadmium pollution status of Lanping lead-zinc mining area; Analysis the growth and development status,cadmium loads of the children living within Lead-zinc mining Cadmium polluted area. Evaluate the impact of environment cadmium pollution on children's growth and development.[Methods]According to the environment cadmium pollution status of Lanping Lead-zinc mining area,make sure research areas. According to distribution statues of school children and school of Lead-zinc mining areas, make sure research objecter,and applied to research by stratified cluster sampling. Through collect samples (hair sample, urine sample) on the spot to cadmium loads biological test in laboratory; Through regular physical examination master the growth and development status of research objecter. Set up by Excel and database entry, using SPSS 13.0 for basic statistical analysis and statistic description.[Results]1. environment cadmium pollution of Lanping lead-zinc mining areas differently. According to the serious status of Cadmium pollution is the frequence:Jinding town Hexi town,Tongdian town,Shideng town,Zhongpai town,Yingpan town.2. The difference of fair cadmium loads have statistics meaning (F=59.179, P=0). Fair Cadmium loads of high Cadmium exposure group and lower Cadmium exposure group have statistics meaning (P<0.05); Fair Cadmium loads of high Cadmium exposure group and control group have statistics meaning (P<0.05); Fair Cadmium loads of lower Cadmium exposure group and control group have statistics meaning (P<0.05).3. The difference of urine cadmium loads have statistics meaning (F=8.293, P<0.05). Urine Cadmium loads of high Cadmium exposure group and control group have statistics meaning (P<0.05); Urine Cadmium loads of lower Cadmium exposure group and control group have statistics meaning (P<0.05); Urine Cadmium loads of high Cadmium exposure group and lower Cadmium exposure group have no statistics meaning P<0.05).4. Hair cadmium loads and age of the research objecter exists positive relativity (r=0.86. P<0.05).Urine cadmium loads and age of the research objecter exists positive relativity (r=0.409, P<0.05)5. Hair cadmium loads and urine cadmium loads of the research objecter exists positive relativity(r=0.768, P=0.001).6. By variance analysis the difference of height,weight of the research objecter have no statistics meaning(P>0.05).7. Chest of the research objecter have significant statisticsed meaning(H=45.523, p<0.05). Chest of high Cadmium exposure group and lower Cadmium exposure group have statistics meaning; Chest of high Cadmium exposure group and control group have statistics meaning; Chest of lower Cadmium exposure group and control group have no statistics meaning.8. Lung capacity of the research objecter's have significant statisticsed meaning(F=56.606, P=0). Lung capacity of high Cadmium exposure group and lower Cadmium exposure group have statistics meaning (P<0);Lung capacity of high Cadmium exposure group and control group have statistics meaning (P<0);lung capacity of lower Cadmium exposure group and control group have no statistics meaning (P>0.05).9. Hair Cadmium loads and urine Cadmium loads have influenced on chest and lung capacity of the research objecter (F=6.612, P<0.05)[Conclusions]1. Lanping Lead-zinc mine areas environment has already been subjected to cadmium pollution differently.2. Exposure to Cadmium polluted environment have influenced on research objecter's Cadmium loads.3. Cadmium loads of the research objecter would be increased following aged.4. Urine Cadmium loads of the research objecter would be increased following the increase of hair Cadmium loads.5. Exposure to Cadmium polluted environment have influenced on the chest, lung capacity of research objecter.6. Cadmium loads have influenced on chest and lung capacity of the research objecter.
