Objective:In order to study the effects on the learning and memory ability and the expression of TH of scalp cluster-needling on chronic cerebral ischemic rats. To explore a new method that will be good to treat the chronic cerebral ischemic patient in clinic.Methods:Sarti’s2VO was used to make the chronic cerebral ischemic rats.75SD male rats were divided into five groups include the normal control group, the sham operative group, the model group, the scalp-cluster group and the medicine group. Methods including Morris water maze was used to evaluate the effects of scalp cluster-needling on Chronic cerebral ischemic rats in their learning and memory ability; HE was used to evaluate the effects of scalp cluster-needling on tapes of neural cells of chronic cerebral ischemic rats; immunohistochemical test was used to evaluate the effects of scalp cluster-needling the expression of TH on chronic cerebral ischemic rats.The SPSS17.0Statistics software was used to analyze data of variance, P<0.05said significant differences, P<0.01said significant differences statistically.Results:Expression of TH was increased significantly and the rats’ learning and memory ability were improved a lot in the scalp-cluster group and the medicine group, compared with those in the normal control group and the sham operation group.Conclusion:(1) Sarti’s2VO is dependable on establish model of chronic cerebral ischemic rats, and the morality rate can be decreased;(2) Scalp cluster-needling can improve the learning and memory ability of the chronic cerebral ischemic rats. The mechanism probably related to that scalp cluster-needling can improve the expression of TH (P<0.05);(3) Scalp cluster-needling is superior to the medicine when they are used to treat the memory and learning disorders. |
