Analysis Of Chinese School Management Pattern In The Philippines

As an important part of Philippine private education, Philippine Chineseschools have their own unique management patterns. Religion, company, community,politics and many other factors play important roles in the management of PhilippineChinese schools. The paper selects two Chinese schools in Iloilo as research subjects,Ateneo De Iloilo and Iloilo Scholastic Academy. Ateneo De Iloilo is a Catholic school,owned by Philippine Jesuit. Iloilo Scholastic Academy is a company limited by shares,and raises their fund through issuing stocks. The research has contribution to theresearch of Chinese teaching in Philippines. It is also valuable for the Chinese Filipinoresearch.
