The first chapter of this thesis mainly analysesthe introduction of background choosing and reasons, aim and research significance, research reviewand study design. The second chapter mainly discusses the training target of local central Asia whichteaching Chinese, the situation of students, the language situation and basic quality, the curriculum andtraining strategy, performance appraisal and training effect survey analysis, prove that situation wouldsatisfy the requirement of teachers training and also bring some beneficial experiences to next step ofhow to training to be a good Chinese teachers, Although in the process of implementing, there is to beimproved, changes. The third chapter is investigated and analyzed by Chinese international educationthrough the training goal of master, the students’ situation, the language situation and basic quality,curriculum and cultivation mode, motivation and employment intention to China, practice and degreethesis.
