Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been growing rapidly, the comprehensive national strength and international status have been improving continuously. To a large extent, it has enhanced peoples’ self-confidence and self-esteem throughout the country.In recent years, China has emphasized the promotion of economic hard power development and cultural communication soft power development. The government strives to enhence the economy, while improve cultural communication. This self-power makes profound chineses culture which has experienced five thousand years of ups and downs, turned a new-leaf again to ascend the world stage and attract the people’s eyes all over the world.Chinese culture to go aboard has become a major policy to accelerate economic development in China. In order to promote this goal, China has implemented a lot of practical policies and strategies, including the construction of the Confucius Institute abroad, the development of the domestic Chinese as a Foreign Language Business. It ranges from the collective to the individual, from the government to the institutions, having made more spectacular results. This paper aims to explore the strategies of external communication, which mainly related to two aspects: for one thing, culture communication strategies in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language; for the other thing, the social channels of culture communication strategies. Then we will find more effective and short-cut methods to spread Chinese culture. |
