The path of the development of human society has been proved that every society and every country will inevitably move toward to modernization, so as to grow as a modern society. It is also the history of the development of human civilization.The2011is the100th anniversary of the Revolution of1911in China. Based on today’s political civilization achievements, recalling the time of100years ago, there are many issues worth of thinking. In the field of Chinese political development, which is the political legacy of the Revolution of1911in China, the politics grows from the traditional to the modern in100years and make Chinese political modernity basically established and continued to mature. It is no doubt that it’s very meaningful and valuable for us to evaluate history and look forward to the future when we review the major historical event with a perspective of political modernity viewing angle.The first chapter is focus on defining the concept of modernization, modernity, political modernization and political modernity thus making the theory of political modernity clear.
