For one nationality,character is the writing system of the language, and it blends one national mentality, culture, emotion,experience, and intelligence, it is implanted in the national memory. The national culture is one of the basiccharacteristics of a nation which is different from other ethnic groups, and plays an important role in theformation and development of the nation. Ethnic script is the product of national culture developing to acertain degree, the needs of the development of national culture. Ethnic script will play an inestimable rolein promoting ethnic culture, but in the course of historical development, national culture changes requiredadaptive evolution. Interaction between the Mongolian ethnic script and culture offers witting reference for us to have a better understanding of the relationship between ethnic script and culture. And also providesbeneficial experience on how to adjust traditional culture to adapt modern culture in order to realizeprosperity of socialist with Chinese characteristics, how to enrich minority culture and becomemodernization.Hudumu Mongolian path foundation to achieve modernization of Mongolian culture, post a strongguarantee for the transnational interaction amicably, works as the strong support for harmonious neighborlyrelations and prosperity and stability of China’s northern frontier.
