Researches On The Later Period Of Wang Zengqi’s Novels

The later period of Wang Zengqi’s novels is the peak of writing in his life. Only in the later stage, Wang Zengqi’s novels turn into a significant literature phenomenon. On the nomenclature and qualitative classification of Wang Zengqi’s novels, people hold different ideas, however, his works are always exudes a unique charm quietly, and influences the coming writers profoundly, it seems to be a fact needn’t dispute. On the basis of close reading, thinking deeply about his works, mainly using narration、reception aesthetics and stylistics, assisting with the traditional theories on Literature、parallel study and researches on influence, the author will try to do further studies on the basis of current research achievements in this paper.First of all, I will comb how he was discovered and what is his self-discovery again. Wang Zengqi who once wanted to kill himself had experienced the miss of liberal idea, after liberation, he became a "marginal man" in the new political order, hard suffering in the political life, he turned to the aesthetic identity of peoples’ life; and reached the considerations to the ultimate significance of the human-oriented finally. From then on, Wang Zengqi had found a new、more vitality way between the art and the popular of literature, which is neither other than the Beijing style nor different from "the Seventeen Year Literature".Secondly, I will analyze the aesthetic world of Wang Zengqi’s novels tin his later period from four aspects:(1) "Novels are memories":the experience in Wang Zengqi’s novels mostly come from of his memories of childhood, and he always construct a simple and tranquil country without affected by rights and a harmonious and warm presence closing to childhood memories. (2) "Atmospheres are persons": Color、sound、image、atmosphere and characters in the novel get along well with one another. That is to say, each word has crept into characters in the novel character. Describing the scenery is to write people. (3) "Writing a novel is to write the languages":Wang Zengqi highlights the importance of languages, and this is the Intimate understanding to a novelist who is rich in experience in long-term writing. He has mixed Chinese languages’ideographic nature, culture, implied together with liquidity. (4)"Radom with painstaking effort":Wang Zengqi considers the structure as some kind of languages’intrinsic rhythm, he attaches great importance to "Wenqi", and thinks that "Wenqi" is better intrinsic and subtle than" structure".Finally, I will analyze the significances of Wang Zengqi’s novels to the contemporary literary styles. Wang Zengqi’s different views of life and value against the current as well as his naive literature view and culture view have provided an instructive example to Chinese literature in the twentieth century. Dedicated his life to the writing of short stories, Wang Zengqi has given them his unique narrative style、language and structure, and made the modern Chinese really reached a mature aesthetic realm in this particular style. In this sense, Wang Zengqi has made a milepost sense together with unique and important aesthetic contributions to the modern short stories. We can even say that Wang Zengqi is an unrepeatable miracle in the twentieth century of Chinese writing. Wang Zengqi and his works contain introspection and extroversion, Zhiming and protest, despair and hope, pathos and optimism of ups and downs. Unfortunately, in this fast-reading time, fewer and fewer people will calm down and make a close reading to his novels.
