With the development of the Chinese economic, China and Thailand carry outcooperation frequently in economic, politics and culture. Chinese language is theessential tool of communicating between Chinese and Thai people. There are moreand more Thailand university students beginning studying Chinese, phonic teachinghas been the key point of the Chinses teaching. This article used the contrastiveanalysis theory, the interlanguage theory, and the error analysis theory as the maininstruction theory, collectd 15 Thailand university students’phonic samples, analysedand researched the phonetic errors made by Thailand university students when theystudy Chinese. After that we found some Teaching Strategy to resolve these errors.This article is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter, introduced the purposes and the significances of selecting thistopic. It generally introduced the history and current situation about the studies on theChinese phonetic errors made by the Thailand university students, and elaboratedbriefly the three linguistics theories.In the second charter, comprehensively compared the Chinese phonic system andThai phonic system. Introduced the two languages in the initial consonant, the finaland the intonation aspects. According the difference between the two languages, weforecast to the possible phonetic errors made by the Thailand university students.In the third charter, an analysis of the Chinese phonetic errors made by theThailand university students. We analysed detailedly the Chinese phonetic errorsmade by the Thailand university students, described the process of gathering thestudents’phonic samples.Through the results of the analysis, we get the errors’reasons of the initial consonant, the final, as well as the intonation, and we proposedthe corresponding teaching strategy in this article.In the fourth chapter, we summarized the whole article, and pointed out theinsufficiencies of this paper. Hoping every teacher give some instructions.
