Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language can not leave the culture and language. With the progress of the teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language must advance with the times. Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language must re-examine all the favorable factors that can contribute to the "Chinese fever", including cultural factors, in the areas of culture, popular culture has a great influence on young people, which gives revealed to us, can pay more attention on the teaching of popular culture elements, so students take the initiative to learn rather than passively accept the Chinese. This paper attempts to introduce the possibility and necessity of the elements of popular culture discourse in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Explore popular culture and the introduction of the TCFL the actual case, in order to demonstrate reasonable use of the positive factors in the popular culture can be effective in promoting the teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language.In recently years, With the rapid development of Chinese popular culture, it was been called "Hua flow".This is the traditional culture of China as the base coat film and television works stylish music, cultural trends of the kernel of Chinese culture. It includes both popular culture, it also includes the packaging is a modern form of traditional Chinese culture. It contains more extensive, including Chinese, a cultural connotation, it needs to show is to match with the globalization of the "Oriental imagination."In the Foreign Language School, and cultural factors has been one of the important issues that can not be avoided in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. However, for the proposition of "popular culture" in the classroom teaching of Chinese as a Foreign Language seems to be rarely mentioned.This thesis composed of four parts:The first chapter expatiates on the research background and analyses current situation and the problems during the popularization of international Chinese.
