In recent years, with the globalization of economy deeply develop-ped,the cultural trade, as a newform of trade, has become a important part of international trade and a important economic growth point.Our country is a big cultural resource country, but not a powerful country on the cultural industry andcultural trade. Although in the development of China’s foreign trade process, gradually aware of culturalindustry and cultural trade in the development of national economy and strengthen its internationaldevelopment level of an important way, China’s cultural industry has experienced from scratch, togradually develop and obtain the certain stage of the performance in recent years, but the development ofour country foreign cultural trade still deficit and serious, especially in the core of cultural products, andthere is a large gap between our country and the foreign cultural trade developed countries, always in alarge deficit stage. Investigate its reason, that just according to China’s cultural products internationalcompetitiveness is weak, so the development of China’s foreign cultural trade, already more and more getnational attention and support, China’s cultural trade competitiveness needs to optimize and upgrade.Therefore, to study of Chinese foreign culture trade current situation, analysis of China’s foreign culturaltrade problems and shortcomings, and to find the solution to China’s foreign cultural trade deficit of thescheme and the way to go out, has a very important significance on China’s development of cultural trade.Developing cultural industry started relatively late, have not formed international cultural tradedevelopment train of thought and system in our country, so in the development of China’s foreign trade inculture, we can learn some cultural trade and the experience of the developed country, make our country’sculture and trade development into the international ranks as soon as possible. This article selects thecultural trade developed in the United States and South Korea as an example, conducts the research and theanalysis, obtains the United States of America and the Republic of Korea in the development of culture in the process of trade experience and reference for china. And to the entertainment industry ’s development asan example, analysis of China’s cultural trade development problems, such as inadequate governmentsupport, foreign culture trade law is not perfect, foreign cultural trade development mode is single wait fora problem, and the corresponding solution, in order to be able to helpful for our country’s foreign trade inculture.
