In this paper,we absorb and learn from so much research results,guided by the combination of structure,function and culture which is a major principle of Teaching Chinese as Second Language,and the teaching theory of function, from the syntactic structure, semantic and pragmatic to make a study on five categories of expression about "Refuse",especially from the aspect of application. In addition, By the horizontal comparison from the syntactic form、the degree of ideographic and the value of pragmatic for five types of expression about"Refuse", we try to identify their differences in the use of the occasion, the use of the frequency and the degree of ideographic, then Clear and definite their using and matching skills.What’s more,through establishing a series of Situation,we try to analysis,induce and summary the errors which the foreigners may appear during the process of learning these expressions, then find the reasons of these various errors, thus attempting to proposes some constructive and effective teaching strategies to reduce or avoid making errors during the process of intercultural communication as far as possible.This article mainly divides into four parts, the first part is the introduction,it elaborates the related research status about the language function and the teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and proposes research rationale and the research significance.The second part is five special inspections, taking the common sentence type as the model to set the scene, from the grammar, the semantics, and the pragmatic to make a concrete analysis, introducing culture factors to put forward the related teaching proposal.The third part is the crosswise comparison of five kind of expression ways, it differentiates the difference in the suitable situation, the degree of ideographic and the frequency of use.The last part is the conclusion, it concludes points of view of whole thesis and proposes the correlation forecast.
