The Relationship between students and teachers is the beginning of interpersonalrelationships, and is also one of the most important early relationships in the life. To agreat extent, the relationship between teachers and students directly or indirectly affectsstudents’ school achievement, learning attitude, learning behavior, learning interest andlife attitude. My research discusses the way of family nurture of high school students,the concept of self and the relationship between students and teachers, so that we canfurther understand the relationship between teachers and students of senior high schoolstudents from theory.We found that in the majority the parents use warm understanding,and severely punishment, excessive protection or the negative upbringing less. On thefactors of father penalty and father refusal or deny, there are significant genderdifferences; The way of family nurture between urban students and rural students’ haveno significant difference, In grade variable parents upbringing are different. Theself-concept situation indicates that there is no significant gender difference. In theidentity and the total score of the concept, there are significant differences betweenurban and rural areas. In grade scores the concept of self there is no significantdifference. The relationship between teachers and students shows that the relationshiphas gender differences, but has no differences between areas.The relationship between students and teachers has remarkable correlation with allthe factors of family upbringing. Parents’ warm understanding upbringing and therelationship between teachers and students are significant positive correlation; negativeupbringing, parents punishment, harsh, excessive interference and excessive protection,are significant negative correlation. There are significant positive correlations betweenemotional warmth and self-concept total scores and factors.The study finds that parental warmth and understanding, fathers’ refusal andmothers’ excessive interference is a significant predictor on the relationship betweenteachers and students. Family, social self and self action is a significant predictor on therelationship between teachers and students.
