Correlation Among The Social Support,Personality And Subjective Well-being Of Migrant Workers

With the reform and opening up, the reform process of urbanization of China continues to accelerate, the migrant workers is an important link of contact in rural and urban,for the achievement of sustainable development of urban and rural areas, building a harmonious society plays a vital role.Nowadays,in building a harmonious society should be concerned about the mental health of all members of society.Migrant workers is an important contributor to modern society in the tide of modernization in China.How about their subjective well-being in the current status?To solve this problem,This survey will investigate the subjective well-being of migrant workers,and analyze the impact of social support and personality.On this basis,to explore the relationship between social support and personality on subjective well-being of migrant workers,to clarify the personality as the mediating effect between social support and subjective well-being of migrant workers.The questionnaire was used in this study,the use of systematic sampling random sample of migrant workers from the Changsha City,Hunan Province,500subjects conducted a questionnaire survey,of which452questionnaires were valid response rate of90.4%.The results showed that:subjective well-being of migrant workers is at the middle level;The subjective well-being of married groups is higher than the unmarried groups;Migrant workers who over the age of46have the highest level of subjective well-being;Migrant workers who working in construction site have the lowest level of subjective well-being.Monthly income of more than3000yuan groups have highest level of well-being; In accordance with the correlation analysis of social support,personality and subjective well-being,the result show that the three dimensions of social support, objective support, subjective support, the Utilization of social support are correlated with life satisfaction;The agreeableness and conscientiousness play as mediating variables between objective support through the negative feelings.
