Study On Complex Sentence Marked In Lin Lan Xiang

Lin Lan Xiang is a love story. Presently, the main concern is to the novel’s literature research value, but it also have a special value on its linguistic aspects.Complex sentences research is the basic topics of grammatical study. By analyzing the novel’s complex sentences, it benefits the novel’s language study, and also conducive to building the chinese complex sentence system of Ming and Qing dynasties. Moreover, it can provide some basic materials and analytical results for chinese complex sentence research, and also benefit to the study in Chinese grammar.Synthesizing the various views of complex sentence classification,and according to the actual complex sentence in Lin Lan Xiang,the book’s complex sentence are divided into ten categories:complex sentence with coordinating relation、complex sentences with successive relation、complex sentences with additive relation、selective complex sentences、inferring complex sentences、 causational complex sentence、concessive complex sentence、hypothesis complex sentence、complex sentences with objective relation and conditional complex sentence.The number of concessive complex sentence、hypothesis complex sentence、causational complex sentence and the complex sentences with coordinating relation is more then The number of complex sentences of successive relation、complex sentences of additive relation、selective complex sentences、inferring complex sentences、complex sentences with objective relation and conditional complex sentence, and the frequency of concessive complex sentence、 hypothesis complex sentences、causational complex sentence and the complex sentences with coordinating relation is higher then the frequency of complex sentences with successive relation、complex sentences of additive relation、selective complex sentences、inferring complex sentences、complex sentences with objective relation and conditional complex sentence.According to the conjunction words in the complex sentences of Lin Lan Xiang, we found that the conjunction words which Single used in the complex sentences is68,and the most frequently used is "if; the combined conjunction words is94,and the most frequently used is "Although......but......".In contrast to the single conjunction words and the combined conjunction words of Lin Lan Xiang,we found that the combined conjunction words is more than the single conjunction words,but the number of complex sentences which use combined conjunction words is less then the number of complex sentences which use single conjunction words.
