Pidgin English is a a mixed language which was used by Chinese and foreign businessmen in19th century, which is a product of English and Shanghai dialect, and it was extent by the Ningbo dialect and Cantonese. The syntax does not meet the English habitof speechby Chinese influence. The language was popular on marine Pidgin surrounding areas, so hence the name. In recent years, In the contemporary secondary school students’words of life, a kind of "pidgin" language phenomenon is on the rise, with distinctive characteristics of the times, and which is different from the analysis of the new word in the general sense.Analysis is based on the Classification from this linguistic phenomenon, body characteristics, social characteristics, resulting in the justifications for the life of the Students’.we found that language influence of new pidgin language phenomenon is the inevitable product of the times and verbal communication is anther reason. This linguistic phenomenon is sought after by the younger generation, especially in this group of high school students. It is different from the early days of liberation "pidgin" language. Contemporary high school students "pidgin" language phenomenon has its own characteristics in pronunciation, vocabulary, syntax and pragmatics, especially in vocabulary, reflects a great deal of creativity and fun.In the use of social, New "pidgin" language phenomenon greatly cater to the novelty divergent psychological of contemporary high school students,and also has a unique effect in interpersonal and language expression, but the view is not uniform in several generations. The recognition of teachers, parents groups is not high, who think that this phenomenon adversely affect students’ language literacy as well as the traditional cultural heritage, On the contrary,the recognition of the high school students groups is different, at the same time, the majority of students for this phenomenon also have a rational understanding. The genesis of this linguistic phenomenon are many, such as social reasons, speaker psychology, rhetoric, ideographic and aesthetic reasons, from the perspective of linguistics, but the system of internal development factors is also important.From the perspective of sociolinguistics, this language phenomenon has effect on high school students’ thinking and traditional cultural heritage, but the outlook is not necessarily pessimistic.
