Today, the Chinese as a second language instruction is growing out of the country. The cultural background of the replacement requires the Chinese volunteer teachers must understand culture which they assume office in, especially in the culture of learning, and then capitalize on the trend and make appropriate teaching strategies.The object of study in this article is the secondary education in Thailand, comprehensive use of inductive tracing, questionnaires and data access methods to survey and summarize the culture of learning in Thailand and the impact on Chinese language teaching. According to these characteristics, we make the language volunteer training strategy, Chinese volunteer teachers acculturation strategies and Chinese teaching strategies.This article is divided into three chapters:First chapter is introductionTo demonstrate the necessity of taking a fresh look on TCFL in the direction of learning culture from both theoretical and practical aspects respectively.Then, summarized the past literature of learning culture and then clarify the core theory-the meaning of "learning culture", for specific research to determine the direction.The second chapter is a survey and analysis of a learning culture in Thailand.Based on the theoretical structure of the foregoing to summarize Thailand learning culture from the values,the teaching behaviors and the education system in the way of inductive tracing, data access and the questionnaires. Then, from the perspective of the values of Thai culture and way of thinking reveals the causes of the learning culture in Thailand.The third chapter is the affect of Thailand culture of learning to Chinese language teaching and how to deal with it.This chapter,based on the characteristics of Thai culture of learning which summed up previously, discusses the impact of Chinese language teaching in Thailand. And then, to propose the strategy to the Chinese volunteer teachers from three perspectives of training, cultural adaptation and the improving of teaching methods.The final epilogue briefly summarizes the research results and the existing inadequacies.In short, compared with the existing domestic research, the contribution of this article strive to:1.To introduce the new "learning culture" theory to the field of Chinese language teaching and observe the overseas Chinese language teaching from the perspective of culture2.To survey and summed up Thailand’s unique culture of learning.3.To develop the volunteer training, cultural adaptation and teaching strategies which adapt for Thailand learning culture, hoping to help future volunteers to go to Thailand.
