This article was studied on how to conduct in-depth direction of the real estate field image design and application of Visual Identity system. First of all, we know the Visual Identity system for the real estate business development and the importance of product sales through researching real estate development at this stage.We know that the spread and appeal of visual recognition is the most specific, most intuitive,most strong and actual effect. Through image recognition, we can easy know the full performance of the business philosophy and entrepreneurial spirit, personality characteristics, so that the public can understand the clear message from business to business to achieve recognition and the establishment of corporate image purposes. Chinese business community has recognized the importance of Visual Identity system, and actively guiding and implementation of Visual Identity System, achieved good results, greatly improved corporate image.In a market economy, the first task of enterprises for company is to study business management to get economic benefits, and also we must pay attention to fostering and shaping the company's public image. Creating good enterprise image is not only for helping consumers recognize and trust us, and it is an important sign of healthy mature companies. With the increasing diversification of the economy, people have begun to pay more attention to the importance of corporate image design. Visual Identity System are the most external, most direct and most parts of communication and affection and it is the basic element of the corporate logo, with a strong policy and management system to effectively extend to form a visual image of the inherent business through the design of unified visual symbols to convey the spirit of enterprise and business philosophy, to effectively promote the company and its products reputation and image. On the VI design with access to relevant information, analysis and the relationship between corporate brand developments, the system introduces the basic profiles of VI, and VI in the current social trends are analyzed and discussed.
