The Microscopic Mechanism Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Under The Perspective Of Human Capital

Intangible Cultural Heritage, one of the integral parts of the world cultural diversity and an important part of traditional Chinese culture, coagulates the wisdom, national consciousness and national spirit of the Chinese nation. However, with globalization, modernization sweeping the globe, the intangible cultural heritage is faced up with "homogenization" and extinction. Based on the background that today each social field is obviously restricted by the logic of economic capital and the rise of the semiotic economy, the paper points out that the intangible cultural heritage converses from the local knowledge into human capital, and that people learn the intangible cultural heritage in the way changing from the unconscious acquisition and the culture immersion into conscious investment. Taking Qiang Stockade Village of Taoping in Lixian County Sichuan province as a case study, from the three angles of the property rights, incentives and investment of human capital, the human capital release from intangible cultural heritage holders and the inherent mechanism of which young people invest intangible cultural heritage are described and explored in detail, and finally reasonable and effective design of system is taken to ensure the sustainable inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage. This article is divided into seven chapters to discuss the intangible cultural heritage protection from the perspective of human capital, including:The first chapter points out the research background and research questions, and introduces the research significance, research methods and routes of the dissertation.Chapter two, the part of Literature Review, points out the inadequateness of the domestic research on the intangible cultural heritage protection, and sums up the successful experience of intangible cultural heritage protection abroad so that it can be used for our reference.The third chapter pints out the identity of the intangible cultural heritage status has changed obviously from the local knowledge with local application to human capital which can bring economic benefits for the holders of intangible cultural heritage mainly from the background of the dominated position of economic capital in each today’s social field and the rise of semiotic economy. The intangible cultural heritage is inherited from the individual unconscious acquisition and cultural immersion to conscious investment.The fourth chapter is the theoretical basis of this research. It probes into the inherent mechanism by which intangible cultural heritage holders release human capital from the perspective of the property rights, incentives of human capital. It also probes into the factors that influence young people to learn intangible cultural heritage voluntarily, actively from the perspective of the investment in human capitalThe fifth chapter is the part of empirical study. It takes the method of combining case studies and community studies by choosing Qiang Stockade Village in Lixian County Sichuan province as the case study area. On the basis of study of human capital theories and insurance of study validity and reliability, the conclusion of the case study is drawn by using pattern matching analysis techniques.The sixth chapter discusses the reasonable design and arrangement of system to ensure sustainable inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage according to the human capital theories on the basis of analyzing of the conclusions of the case study.Chapter Ⅶ summarizes the main conclusions and prospects the future work of the intangible cultural heritage...
