| In this study, the adolescence time management disposition scale edited by Xiting Huang and Zhijie Zhang and the Chinese version of Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU) emended by Dongmei Yue et al. are used to investigat the time management disposition and the parenting style of377junior school students from two schools in Sichuan. One is a private school in Chengdu; the other is a public school in Luzhou. Research outcomes are list below:1. In general, the quality of time management disposition is good for junior school students, at a grade of above average.In general, the Time Management Disposition of junior school students dose not has significant difference between genders.In general, the Time Management Disposition of junior school students has significant difference between grades. In the different dimensions, the grade1,2and3are varying degrees of significant differences.In general, the students from city have no significant difference in the students who from country in the time management disposition, but in some dimensions, they have some difference.2. The parenting style of junior school students is in the normal. They have the significant differences between genders. The score of boys are higher than girls in every dimension. To the grades, the students in grade2get more care and warm from parents, the students in grade3get stricter, and the grade1get more protect and interfere.The students who from city get more careã€warm and love from their parents, but the students from country get more strict from parents and the deny and refuse from mother.The parenting style between father and mother does not have significant difference.3. In general, the time management disposition of junior school student is positively correlated to parenting style. Time management disposition shows a significant positive correlation with the care and over-protect from father, the negative correlation with deny and refuse from mother. The care and over protect can dope the situation of time management disposition of junior school students, the deny and refuse from mother can reverse prediction the time management disposition. |
