The current situation of College Students’ employment problem, still austere,caused by the human resources and the waste of educational resources, to a certainextent affected the development of Chinese economy and the construction of aharmonious society. While the occupation decision difficulty is the college studentsface more outstanding issue, more and more schools and related departmentsconcerned, college students’ occupation decision difficulty is also become the focus ofresearch.This study by random sampling from six obtained in476subjects as the researchobject, in order to demographic variables" scale, social support scale"," positivepsychological capital questionnaire"," College Students’ occupation decisiondifficulty scale" as a research tool, from social support and the psychological capitalperspective on occupation, difficult decisions for a relatively systematic research.The study shows that:(1) the college students’ psychological capital and occupation difficult decisionsare close to the middle level.(2) university student occupation decision-making difficulties in origin,professional, whether they had received counseling courses related to occupation,parents’ education level and there are significant differences in gender, whether theonly child, there are no significant differences in gender, nationality; psychologicalcapital, professional showed significant differences; social support in gender,whether the only child, origin of difference in professional, there are no significantdifferences between the.(3) college students’ social support and psychological capital is positivelyrelated to. Psychological capital and occupation career decision-making difficultywas significantly negative correlation. soial support and occupation careerdecision-making difficulty was significantly negative correlation.(4) college students’ social support and psychological capital can predict collegestudent occupation career decision-making difficulty (5) college students’ social support and psychological capital can affect collegestudent occupation career decision-making difficulty, psychological capital in socialsupport and occupation career decision-making difficulty played an intermediaryrole.
