The Research On The Policy Support System For Accelerating The Development Of Cultural And Creative Industries In Guangzhou

In recent years, cultural and creative industries, as a new industrial type, rapid rise in the world, produced a huge economic and social benefits, be called as the "gold industries" of the21st century, Its unique industrial characteristics can significantly promote of a country and the region’s economic growth, industrial structure optimization and upgrading of city competitiveness. Now, in many developed countries abroad have put the industry as strategic industries and pillar industries of the national economy, and has strong support in policy, spectacular results have been achieved.In2006, National "Eleventh Five-Year" the outline of cultural development plan clearly put forward to develop the cultural and creative industries. At present, under the Government actively promoted at all levels, the development of cultural and creative industries in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other cities have begun to take shape, benefits significantly. The same as Guangzhou, it has more than2,200years of history of the ancient city. At present, the development of cultural and creative industries has achieved fruitful results, but under the increasingly competitive new situation, it still faced many challenges. So, how to speeding up the development of cultural and creative industries in Guangzhou is a community research hot issue.At present, the Guangzhou municipal government in the national and provincial government’s call, has introduced a series of policies to support the development of cultural and creative industries, but generally speaking, those policies are more fragmentation, and also difficult to produce significant results. This article from a public policy perspective, to research how to build effective policy support system of speeding up the development of cultural and creative industries in Guangzhou, therefore, this has a great practical significance.This article is divided into five chapters.
