The Financial Support For The Cultural And Creative Industries In Hunan Province

In recent years as integrated results of culture, technology and economy,cultural and creative industries have gained rapid growth and vigorous developmentin the world and become the important part of the national economy by virtue oftheir industrial value. Research on financial support for cultural and creativeindustries meets the requirement of revitalization plan of cultural and creativeindustries and matches overall thought of developing strong culture in Hunanprovince. Drawing lessons from the past successful financial support mode, researchon how to establish and improve financial support mechanisms of the cultural andcreative industry provide decision-making background for a better docking betweencultural and creative industries and financial support in Hunan province. Thecomprehensive combination of the financing mode in case city and the actualsituation in Hunan province, which will promote the developmen t of financialsupport for the cultural and creative industries in Hunan province, both has thetheoretical and practical significance.In this paper, starting from requirements of financial support for the culturaland creative industries we sketch the contents and characteristics of cultural andcreative industries, analyze the related theory and mechanism of financial supportfor the cultural and creative industries. Secondly, we elaborate the current situationof development of the cultural and creative industries and the financial support forthe cultural and creative industries in Hunan province from the aspects of industrialGDP, industry characteristics and industry policy, and analyze the reason for theshortage of the financial support for the cultural and creative industries in Hunanprovince in several ways such as the cultural and creative industries, financialinstitution and government. Thirdly, we state the mode of financial support for thecultural and creative industries and mainly analyze the case of financial support forthe cultural and creative industries in Beijing from the aspects of policy andcommercial finance, and abstract the development experience of Beijing mode. Thenbased on the actual situation in Hunan province we construct the framework of thefinancial support for the cultural and creative industries in Hunan province frompolicy and commercial finance. Finally, in order to actively promote the constructionof the financial support for the cultural and creative industries in Hunan province, we put forward the policy suggestion of perfecting the policy supporting system,innovating various financing mode and improving the business services of financialinstitutions.
