By making comparisons in the followingaspects: from the brewing of the US foreign inflection on, the process to decide aids,aid policies and contents, attitudes of both sides of give-and-take and the evaluation ofaids, the conclusion finally obtained is as follows: American decision to assist theSoviet Union and China, the evolution of a specific assistance policy and the differentattitudes and evaluations of assistances, these are not only a reflection of America’sdifferent strategic cognition of the Soviet Union battlefield and Chinese battlefield,but a rational decision made with the changes of national interests on the basis of thejudgments of international environments and war trends. |
