During the past30years since China’s reform and opening, China’scultural industries developed dramatically. Such development not onlyincludes the rising industry’s value added, and the plentiful culturalindustries theoretical studies; but also indicates the development ofcultural industries dialogue, which bases on cultural industries practice,cultural industries’ policy transform and the discuss among scholars andthe public. Most of the present studies on cultural industries attribute thedevelopment to the cultural structural reform, which absolutizes thepolitics’ effect and symplizes the cultural industries’ development intolinier model. This thesis targets to outline the view of China’s culturalindustries dialogue through analyzing its developing and transforming inthe past30years.This thesis starts with Michel Foucault’s dialogue theory, and thenputs forward the concept of cultural industries dialogue after analyzingthe theory’s main standpoint and development in the Western world.With the reference of western’s existing dialogue forms of culturalindustries, the second part discuss five dialogue forms: politics dialogue, economic dialogue, technological dialogue, social dialogue and culturaldialogue. Upon the dialogue theory and analyzing framework, the thirdpart divides the30years into four periods---from1978to1989, from1989to1992, from1992to2002, and from2002to2012---and discussesthe dialogue status quo and changing trend during each time. At last,this thesis summarizes the key features and transforming view of China’scultural industries dialogue.
