Competitiveness And Development Of Regional Cultural Industries

From the view of competitiveness, the auttohor researches the relavent theories of reginal culture industries, as well as empiracal study. Based upon the theories of culture industries and those of reginal culture industries, the dissertation builds the model of "three-power" and this model has been confirmed empirically. The author comes to the conclusion that the power of cultural resources, the power of cultural industrial cluster and the power of government administration are mainly responsible for the compettitiveness of reginal cultural industries. On account of the proved model of "three-power", the author gets use of the case of Sichuan Province as example to choose the pathes of cultural industries.The dissertaion has three creative points. Firstly, the author builds the model of "three-power" and has proved it on the basis of scientific method. Secondly, the author analyzes that Sichuan Province how to choose the pathes of developing cultural industries on account of the model of "three-power", and how to refer to the models of Beijing, Guangdong and Yunnan. Thirdly, the author builds the index by means of expert questionaire and AHP, which partly makes up the inadequacy of qualitative analyses in China and which helps to the combination of qualitative index and quantitative index in order to more entirely and more accurately measure provincial competitiveness of cultural industries in China.
