In this paper the concept of localization of packagingdesign as a starting point, combined with the national brandPackaging culture strategy, the localization of packaging designand brand building of the national relations. And then throughthe brand differentiation, the formation of the brand theaccumulation of assets and brand image promotion of severalaspects of research and introducing more typical exampledemonstrates, explore the analysis of localization of packagingdesign concept in the national brand construction existencevalue and the necessity and feasibility of implementation.Practice has proved, the local package design after integration,absorption, change and adaptation, integration of modernsociety need design patterns, with commercial operation in theeffective visual communication and advertising demandrecognition. the final conclusion is: the localization packagingdesign used in national brand building, make it become theenhancing national brand image, to improve the nationalenterprise product competitiveness, and guide the importantmeans of consumption and media, have very important role. thelocal package design reflects the positive brand developmentconcepts, Enterprise in packaging design by constructing national brand localization at the same time is in theaccumulation the value of the brand.
