Resilience is the process that stimulates internal poential cognition,abiliy and mentaltraits,and it actively repairs and sdjusts them by internal and external resources to getpositive goals,course and results when individuals face internal and external pressures anddifficulties.With the rise of positive psychology,more and more studies about resilience arestarting.Researchers shift their perspective,and pay attention to mental traits of positivedevelopment,and how individuals come out and get a better development from adversityand pressure.Two parts are included in the study:The first study incesitigates status of resilience ofnormal students by college students resilience scale;The second study designs groupcounseling programs according to internal protactive factors from Kumpfer’s resilienceframework.It includes9activities and6theme activities that areself-efficacy,stability,problem soloving.20subjects are selected in the study.Subjects areseparately10in the experimental and control group.Pretest and postts design ofexperimental and control group is used.The experimental group participated9group counseling acitivities aboutresilience,and control ones do nothing.Methods are used for quantitative and qualitativeanalysis,such as scale,interview and feedback and analysis for growth records that arewritted after activities.The study indicates that resilience level of control group issignificant,concrete conclusions are as follows:1、The resilience level of normal students was good in general, this average store ofnormal resilience in this study got into109.7,and the standard deviation is13.17. Thestrength type of students resilience in this study took over10.31%, the middle typeⅠt ook over77.74%, the middle type Ⅱtook over10.8%, and the weak type took over1.15%.2、In the dimension of Friends Support and Family Support, the girl’s store wassignificantly higher than the boy’s store; As to the dimension of Self-Efficacy and Stabilitydimension, the boy’s store was significantly higher than girl’s.3、The store of normal students in from city was significantly higher than the studentsfrom rural in the overall level of normal resilience, Self-Acceptance, Friends Support, andFamily Support.4、In the dimension of Problem Solving, the students who were not the only child in his/her family were significantly higher than normal students who were singleton.In the dimension of Family Support, Senior students’ store were significantly higherthan sophomore students; Liberal arts students’ store were significantly higher than sciencestudents; the students who were not the only child in his/her family were significantlylower than normal students who were singleton.5、Through the group training, the resilience level of normal students had improvedsignificantly. This suggests that in order to improve the overall level of resilience level,using Self-Efficacy, Stability, Problem Solving, and other important protective factorsas the breakthrough point to design group training program is effective.
