Comparative Studies The Research On TongYa Appellation

The "tong jas"is the work of the schlor of Ming dynasty Fang Yizhi devoted his life to do.As an important documentation of appellation words, one chapter of which titled "appellation" have lots of informations.For the appellation involves etiquette system, therefore the ancient China with patriarchal system attaches great importance to the research of appellation words, and there are a lot of works for it. However most of these studies focus on appellation terms of relatives, lack the attention of social appellation word.The"tong jas· appellation" including both relatives appellation termsand social appellation words.It’s a fully study and collection of appellation words.And these words not only including the summary of appellation terms since the era of "erh ya", but also with the features of that ages. There has been no scholars take a comprehensive study on "tong jas·appellation",so it’s significant for us to study this topic.This paper have four chapters:Introduction; The research value of "tong jas· appellation"; The relatives appellation terms word in "tong jas·appellation"; The social appellation word in "tong jas·appellation"The first chapter mainly introduced the research situation of the appellation word, the general research situation of Jas,the summary of Jas, appellation. This chapter is the overture, to be a matting role for the following text.The second chapter is about the research value of "tong jas·appellation", this chapter interpreted the linguistic value, the dictionaries learning value, sociological value of "tong jas·appellation" respectively.Linguistic value includes etymology value, dialectology value, exegesis study value.Lexicographical value are illustrated by providing examples and adding complementary meanings, sociological valueSocial Value contains lots of things, including marriage customs culture, clan culture, Psychology of Popular Culture.This chapter is the theoretical part of the article, highlighted the significance of this topics. The third and forth chapter mainly study and explain the relatives appellation terms words and social appellation words in the"tong jas· appellation". Kinship terms are divided into:blood relatives-paternal and maternal relatives; marriage relatives-husband and wife’s relatives. Social Appellation include all levels of society, there are appellation for the monarch, their spouses and their children,also their rank title, occupational title.These two chapters mainly compared these appellation words by different methods based on linguistic facts in different aspects.a. And in accordance with historical examples, some existing research, or the dictionary meaning questioned, be corrected. And in accordance with historical examples, to questioned and to corrected the meanings which are existed in some research or the dictionary.
